[wxqc] NWS Data Availability/Weather Underground

There are many of us who upload data to WeatherUnderground, as well as CWOP.
We're running programs that send the info to multiple places. For example,
I'm running Weather Underground Heavyweather Uploader (aka WUHU), which
sends rapid fire info to WU, data to CWOP and AWEKAS.

One program - 3 places. The program is frequently upgraded as needed. For
example, AWEKAS was added not too long ago. Any problems are immediately
addressed as well. There's a Yahoo group for WUHU software - <
wuhu_software_group at yahoogroups.com> if you'd like to check it out. I'm not
sure, but I think it's primarily for La Crosse stations - I could be wrong
on that.

FWIW,
