rain bucket & Meso West data

My question is how come my rain data is
not displayed at Meso West web-site? I have had the settings set to
upload only APRS records. I am going to try uploading current day rain, rain
rate, storm rate but do not believe this to be correct. Is the reason rain
data is not being recorded because the tipping rain bucket is not NWS approved
device? Any input is appreciated.
